Goals and objectives of the Foundation

Social projects of the Foundation

The Foundation places significant emphasis on implementing social projects aimed at improving the quality of life and developing regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The following projects have been implemented within this framework:

Combating COVID-19 and Strengthening the System

  • Three prefabricated infectious disease hospitals were built in Bishkek, Osh, and Naryn
  • Nine hospitals were renovated
  • 27 hospitals were equipped with oxygen supply systems
  • 67 blood gas analyzers were delivered
  • Medical facilities were provided with equipment, medications, and medical supplies
  • System readiness for infectious threats was ensured

Specialized medical care

  • The Maternal and Child Health Center has been equipped with equipment for treating retinopathy of prematurity in infants.
  • The National Hospital has been equipped with endoscopic and laparoscopic equipment.

Oncology Service Support

  • Repair of the Synergy 1 linear accelerator was completed.
  • Spare parts were supplied and a complete overhaul of the equipment was completed.
  • The equipment has been restored and is being used for patient treatment.

Preschool Education

  • Over 43,000 new places for children in preschool educational institutions were created in 2024-2025.
  • Over 1,000 kindergartens were transformed.
  • Over 1,500 new groups were opened.
  • Over 3,000 jobs were created.

Project office

About the project
On June 16, 2022, the Coordinating Council of Development Institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic was established. On July 26, 2022, the Project Office was established within the Social Partnership Fund for Regional Development.

Main nasks
Developing investment project concepts; Preparing and participating in the development of feasibility studies; Conducting industry research and preparing proposals for economic development; Interacting with regional development funds and development institutions.
